The Role
- •As the Frontend Engineer, you will shape how people interact with David.
- •Your work will define the interface, clarity, and feel of an autonomous work system.
- •This is not a UI-only role—you will contribute to product vision, agent interaction design, system understanding, and the overall user experience of an AI-native platform.
What You'll Build
- •Intelligent Interfaces: Design and implement clean, minimalist, high-performance UIs that help users understand, configure, and collaborate with AI agents.
- •Real-Time Interaction Models: Build components that reflect live agent execution, workflow state, diagnostics, and agent reasoning.
- •Agent Interaction UX: Craft interaction patterns that make working with autonomous AI feel intuitive, controllable, and trustworthy.
- •Frontend Architecture: Own frontend performance, data flows, caching, optimistic UI, and real-time updates across the product.
- •Visual Reliability: Ensure quality, consistency, and responsiveness across the entire interface.
What You've Done (Minimum Qualifications)
- •4+ years building high-quality frontends for production systems
- •Advanced expertise with React, Next.js, TypeScript
- •Experience building real-time UI using sockets or event-driven updates
- •Strong understanding of system state management and data synchronization
- •Experience designing user-friendly workflows with complex underlying systems
- •A strong product sense—you care how things look, feel, and behave
